Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery time

Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days after dispatch. Free shipping on all US orders.

Tracking

All orders include a tracking number, sent by email when your order ships.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Contact us right away if you need to change your address before your order ships.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days or your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days, email us and we'll help resolve it with the carrier.
