Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Trude Jewelry piece. If you're not completely happy, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

• Items must be unworn, undamaged and returned in their original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
• Gift cards and items marked final sale cannot be returned.

How to start a return

Email us at info@trudefensehardware.online with your order number and reason for the return. We'll reply with return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, with a photo, so we can make it right at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or sent in error.

Exchanges

To exchange for a different birthstone, color or chain, request a return and place a new order.
